After briefly stepping away from the business for some time, the owner and operator, Elaine Brandt, felt the need to return to Lebanon community to provide what her consumers have been accustomed to during decades prior: dedicated and passionate service. With food service as a whole currently being confronted with unique challenges, Elaine’s Catering is able and willing to customize menus for any occasion, but will never sacrifice the passion and affection needed to continuously provide unmatched service and dedication.
